Accepted files and size
You can upload JPG or JPEG, PNG, WEBP and GIF images. Each image can be up to 8 MB. If a photo is refused, it is usually because the file is a different format or larger than 8 MB. Saving it again from your phone's gallery is often enough to bring the size down.
Your primary photo
One photo is your primary photo. That is the one shown first on your profile and on the cards other members see when they browse or search. You can choose a different primary photo at any time, and you can reorder or remove photos.
Review before a photo appears
New photos are reviewed before they appear on your profile. Until a photo has been reviewed it is marked as pending and only you can see it. We do not promise how long a review takes, and a review is not an identity check.
Photo tips
Use a clear, recent photo where your face is easy to see. Add two or three more that show ordinary life: a walk, a kitchen, a hobby. Avoid heavy filters, group shots where you cannot be picked out, and screenshots. Do not include your address, workplace signage, documents or phone number in an image.
