Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lesbian Personals Online. By creating an account you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lesbian Personals Online. We remove any account we find to belong to someone under 18.

Acceptable use

You agree not to harass other members, post unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, or use the service for spam, solicitation or fraud. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Membership fees, billing and renewal

Creating a profile, browsing and replying to messages are free. Premium membership is a paid subscription. The price of the term you pick, the amount charged when it renews and how often it renews are all shown before you enter any card details, and you are charged only after you confirm on that page. Premium membership renews automatically for the same term at the same price until you cancel it. All prices are in US dollars. There is no free trial and no introductory rate that steps up later.

Payments are processed by our authorised payment provider, CCBill. Card details are entered on CCBill's own secure page - Lesbian Personals Online never receives or stores them. The charge appears on your statement as `CCBill.com *Overman-Gree`, not Lesbian Personals Online, so look for that line rather than the site name.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time, and premium features stay active through the end of the term you have already paid for. Cancel from My Membership inside your account, email support@lesbianpersonalsonline.com, or contact CCBill Consumer Support directly by live chat at https://support.ccbill.com/, by phone on 1.888.596.9279, or at support@ccbill.com. Cancelling stops future renewals - it is not a refund of a charge already taken.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, by us or by CCBill. Email support@lesbianpersonalsonline.com or contact CCBill Consumer Support at https://support.ccbill.com/ with the date and amount of the charge.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on Lesbian Personals Online infringes your copyright, email support@lesbianpersonalsonline.com with the work concerned, where it appears on the site, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
