Free vs premium
Free
Reply to messages, send winks, likes and meets, favorite other members, keep a profile with photos, and block unwanted contact.
Premium
Everything in free, plus starting new conversations, seeing who's viewed you, and unlimited message storage with folders.
A free profile lasts as long as you want to keep it. Registration is quick: fill out the short sign-up form and your profile goes live right away.
Managing your account
From your account settings you can update your location, birth date, email and password. Your username can't be changed once it's set. To change your password, enter your current password, then your new one twice, and save.
Subscriptions and payments
We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by CCBill. Prices are in US dollars, and the price, the renewal amount and the renewal interval are shown before you enter any card details. Premium renews automatically for the same term at the same price until you cancel - there is no free trial and no rate that steps up later. Your statement shows `CCBill.com *Overman-Gree` rather than Lesbian Personals Online, so look for that line rather than the site name.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from My Membership in your account, and your premium features stay active through the end of the period you have paid for. You can also email support@lesbianpersonalsonline.com, or go straight to CCBill Consumer Support - live chat at https://support.ccbill.com/, phone 1.888.596.9279, or support@ccbill.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it is not a refund of a charge already taken.
Membership questions
- Will my membership renew on its own?
- Yes. Premium renews automatically for the same term at the same price until you cancel it. The exact amount and how often it renews are shown before you pay, and again in your confirmation email. Cancel from My Membership at any time and you keep premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Can I delete my profile and come back later?
- Yes. You can delete your profile from your membership page. If you were a member in good standing, you can reactivate later by logging back in and your previous profile is restored.
- What is your refund policy?
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case, by us or by CCBill. Email support@lesbianpersonalsonline.com, or contact CCBill Consumer Support at https://support.ccbill.com/, with the date and amount of the charge. The full policy is in our Terms of Use.
